Uploading files to SBS intranet site and externally hosted website automatically

Uploading files to SBS intranet site and externally hosted website automatically need a solution that will enable company to upload company documents to their intranet small business server and at the same time automatically upload these documents on their public externally hosted website. A company I am designing a website for are currently using Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 which has the ability to host a company website (which we're not utilising). What we're wondering is if it's possible to create certain documentation within this area (SBS) which we can use as an internal Intranet and then also make this available automatically on the external website. so far example company sbs website will have documentation/diagrams/pdfs etc for the company to use as a reference library - but they would like to have this documentation uploaded automatically to the website whenever they upload to the company sbs website in house in essense a one click solution that can upload multiple files to multiple locations both on the sbs intranet site and the externally hosted site. is CMS software a good solution or is there a simpler way to do this through sbs?
