I want an emulator program developed on J2ME, which emulates the old Sinclair ZX Spectrum computer with 48K memory. Some examples of programs that emulate the ZX Spectrum computer are on this page:

There are examples of source code with many of these programs. Also there are many old games and the emulator should work with them. The games usually are in tzx format or a similar format.
I will provide an example of an emulator developed wiht J2ME but it has a GPL license, so you can study how to do the things but you can't reuse the sources.
I want a clone / version of one of these which does exactly the same as them, but with all the copyright owned by me. As most of the ones shown have copyright, I need a clone, a new version, not a copy of other emulator. You can't use source code or resources of others because the development should be original.
Any questions please ask, I do not think this should be a major problem for a good coder, as there are so many examples and source codes, but I must state again, it must be a 'new' version, not direct copy.
You grant that all the work is original and made by you, so you’ll sign a contract granting this and giving me all the rights of the work done (work by hire).
Some additional requisites:
- You need to provide at least all the functionality of the emulator that I provide you as example.
- The ROM should be downloadble from a web site. The user inserts the address in a form, and then the program downloads the ROM and store it on a recordstore. The same action should be done with the games. During testing, the ROM and the games could be included in the ".jar" file.
- It is necessary a format and treatment for files that include the keyboard mapping for each of the games.
- You need to count the number of cycles of each operation to try to obtain a constant speed of execution between different devices.
