Sales Commission System for a Home Builder, Requirements or Functional Specification

We need an application for tracking and calculating sales commissions for a home building and supply store. The current system is manual so this is a request for a general Sales Commision system to get started and then customize in later requests. Open Sources systems would be sufficient. The preferred environment is PHP and Oracle. MySQL will also be considered. The request will be considered to be met if you are able to specify or provide an application for a home builder and can provide a list of the features for a requirements or functional specification document. Separate bid requests will be posted at a later date for implementation or development.

## Deliverables

1) Complete documention as described above.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
