Quick $50: Need someone to fix SMTP and ASPEmail servers.

I have 2 servers, one running ASPEmail and the other has Windows 2003 SMTP service on the other. For some reason, emails to some domains don't get sent. I know it's something simple but I just don't know how to do it. You will have VNC access to both servers. I have the application live so you can test right away. There is a lot of bademail that I would like to see sent if possible. Anywho, first bid at $50 with 2 or more 10 ratings get's this bid. Its 8:17 Central US time (GMT-6) and I need this done as soon as possible.
