I require an application to create PDF bookmarks in files within a directory. Templates would be called defining the required bookmarks. Look at [url removed, login to view] - you will need to download the trial software and setup a template and test it to understand my requirements. My thoughts are:- An interface (Adobe Acrobat plugin) to create the templates for the bookmarks. Application that can call the templates from the command line to create the bookmarked pdf. eg. [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] = executable command line program [url removed, login to view] = template to be used to create the bookmarks (this will contain information on font and /position of text to be bookmarked in the file. [url removed, login to view] = input pdf file (may include a single bookmark in which case the new bookmarks will be placed under the existing bookmark (would be good if we could control whether the new bookmarks are at the same level of the existing bookmark or if these are child of the existing bookmark)) Also needs to support wildcards t*.pdf [url removed, login to view] = output file name (name of file with bookmarks created in it) Optional - ie. not required. If wildcards used for input file name then original filename would be used for output filename.
