**RSS ??" “Fear of Loss System??.**
There are two parts: design and architectural documents and then programming.
This project is to replace a system that was dependent on emails; this kind of marketing is now considered SPAMMING and has been discontinued.
I would like to replace and build from scratch a VB.NET system that **_relies solely on "RSS feeds"._**
An attachment containing a PowerPoint presentation that completely illustrates my OLD system will provide the outline for the new RSS system.
Carefully review the PowerPoint and the other document. The project Documentation must be fully completed before I commit to the programming ??" so make it two separate jobs - one for documentation and one for programming.
You will NOT be working with programmers, only the end user - this project MUST be bug free and professionally documented "shrink wrap" quality work please.
VB.NET - Microsoft SQL - see attached ZIP file.
