We need working simple demo-application, which implement "screen magnifier" feature in "Aero Glass" visual style under MS Windows Vista OS. Implementation may be written in any tools and languages, but upper interface (API) and demo-application must be written in Borland Delphi.
1) Need WORKABLE application with sources. Result must consists from Delphi's project (demo-application: source and executable) in free form.
In this demo-application must be:
> a) Implemented "Screen magnifier" feature which work in "Aero Glass" visual style in MS Vista. "Screen magnifier" must behave EXACTLY as described in additional detailed description (link below).
> b) This demo-application must work FINE without any FAULTS on all Windows Vista platforms (Business, Home, etc., 32bit, 64bit) and all Vista's Service Packs (SP1).
> c) Frame-rate of mentioned "screen magnifier" must be no less than 20 FPS on modern PC (in glass-window size no less 300x300 pixels and magnification no more 2x).
> d) Magnifier window must don't blink on screen (quickly "show/hide magnifier" technique is not allowed).
> e) We must have access to data of magnified area (captured screen-shot) as TBitmap object.
> f) Transparent windows and effects must be visible on magnified image.
> j) Demo-project (with .pas files) must be easy compilable in Borland Delphi 7 compiler without any additional (third-party) VCL-components.
