The purpose of the software is to provide a template that makes calculations for a Mortgage Loan Officer to create a Mortgage Loan Pre-Qualification Analysis for clients.
You may view a sample of what I would like the final Analysis Report to look like.
(This is a pdf that I’m creating manually at the moment??"although I would like the numbers columns to match up vertically) <[url removed, login to view]>
The Loan Officer would take the loan amount that they could pre-qualify a client for and create scenarios for loan amounts with variables of term, interest rates, and such.
In the bottom part of the scenario I would like a separate calculation function to work when entering in loan amount, down payment, closing costs etc…
The software must be able to provide templated areas where the client could change text information as well as insert a .jpg their business card and areas where they could change the information.
I would still like the output of the file to be in pdf format and to be able to hyperlink the URL within the pdf document.
The program will be a client side program, that works with version of Windows from Windows 98 and above.
The program should save a nameable, workable, editable file, as well as be able to be able to export a non-editable pdf.
Please code it in a way that will be easy to add features, as I'm sure there will be additions to it in months to come.
