Hi, We have a windows 2003 dedicated server and we have free mailenable mailing software installed in there. We have bought a newsletter management software for the sending of the newsletter. The problem I am facing is that we have no idea why the messages are being filled up in badmail folder. We want it to be cleaned. Also, the newsletter sometimes gets delivered very fast and sometimes take much time. I don't want the messages to fill up in the Inbox folder. Right now there are 32000+ (in one day from 19th to 20th April) C:\Program Files\Mail Enable\Postoffices\TheSite\MAILROOT\newsletters\Inbox I want the mail server to be checked and configured against anyone trying to send spam from the server. We want the server to be configured so as to configure Reverse DNS lookup for the IP address, etc. The mails were not being sent to AOL as the AOL bounced message informed about DND reverse lookup. [login to view URL] I also want to know about the possibility of using authentication protocols such as SPF/SenderID or DomainKeys. In summary, we want the properly configured mailing server with respect to the server so that the it gets managed well automatically and also prevents spam and someone else trying to send spam. Finally, there are cron job files that came with the mailing software. You need to configure the cronjob PHP files to be scheduled to run at certain time period. Once you confirm to work on it, you can either send us the instructions and I will perform on the server, or we will install PCanywhere software on the server and you do the work. In the case of PCAnywhere, we will be looking at what exactly you are doing on the server. Love, Angel
