Implementing a disassembler simulator

Implement a MIPS simulator that can i) load a specified MIPS binary file, ii) generate the assembly code, and iii) perform instruction-by-instruction simulation of the generated assembly (MIPS binary).

In other words, develop a disassembler that converts binary to assembly, and a functional (non-pipelined) simulator that takes assembly as input (generated by the disassembler) and executes them in sequential program order.
