Electronic Catalog - Windows and Macintosh compatible

We need an electronic catalog programmed for the Apple Macintosh. Data for the application will be catalog pages in the form of text and color pictures. The catalog is about 300+ pages in size. Catalog Features: - The size of the catalog should not exceed 8 MB size (data + application size). - To be searchable. - Ability to add updates. - Ability to automatically apply updates to the catalog data when an Internet connection is present. Optional: The program may need to be Windows compatible. If so what alternative do you propose ?
