Summary Write a program in Delphi which will convert a long series of JPG images, each representing one video frame, plus an audio file, in to a DVD. Find and select the tools/components needed to help do this ??" most or all should be free / open source. Details We have an application which captures video as a series of JPG images (“MJPEG??). We capture 30 frames (images) per second, at full DVD resolution (704x480). Our video lasts 30 minutes. There are of 60 seconds per minute. So for the 30 minute video there will be 30 * 60 * 30 = 54000 frames (JPG images). For a test data set, we will provide a smaller set of JPG files, approximately 4000 of them. We will store them in separate files, named “[url removed, login to view]?, “[url removed, login to view]?… We will provide an audio file [url removed, login to view] to accompany the video. You will write software which: 1) converts the set of JPG images in to a MJPEG AVI file. 2) converts audio file to whatever format is needed for the DVD process 3) converts the MJPEG AVI file in to DVD audio/video. The output of this is a typical DVD video file structure (VIDEO_TS and the files inside it) 4) Burns the DVD audio / video to a DVD+-R For the rest of the details, please download the attached file.
