convenience store e-commerce

a stand alone pc driven e-commerce software pkg. this will run on an intranet hard wired system. overview. i'm starting a drive up convenience mart where the customer never leaves the comfort of there car. when they pull up to order they are greeted by a 6x9 foot projection screen where they will see a "picture in picture" vid cam of my employee at the cash register and images of products for sale on the screen. i need my employee to be able to point and click on various items the customer requests while at the same time the customer can see the items being selected go into a shopping cart picture with running totals on the screen. when the customer states they want cigarettes, i want to be inside the store and able to click on cigarettes and both inside and out at the drive up i want all the differnt cigarette products to come up for easy selection and choice for our customer. the customer can only view the screen , they will not have access to any controls. after the transaction this info from the sale must be exportable to a data base or spreadsheet program for end of day tallies. this needs to be very user friendly and the image of products must be eye catching . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows xp
