Paige Logistics is a 3rd party logistics provider who matches shippers with trucking companies to arrange for the movement of fright. We are seeking the development of an in-house contact management database. This database would allow us to enter trucking companies and shippers who we have done business with along with potential leads. We are not sure if we would like a web-based project such as PHP, or a PC based project such as access or visual basic. Looking to find a good developer to work with us to help us meet our needs on this project along with several other projects. On this project we would request that you provide on going status updates as you are working. We do require that you provide at least one update per week to your status but would like to see daily updates. ## Deliverables 1) **Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.** 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
