I need a spider that basically will look for information that is out of date. * The spider will search sites under a specific top-level-domain and/or a specific language. * The spider should look for two things: (1) all sites that only use static html and (2) sites that are database-driven but are not up-to-date. (In fact, any way of finding sites which are not up-to-date would be interesting.) * I need some kind of user interface where I can login and get a list of all sites that were found. The list should be sorted with the site which is probably oldest on top of the list. * I need to be able to visit the sites that were found by clicking in the list (the site should open in a frame so I don't leave the interface). * When I have viewed the site I want to either: (1) Delete it (the site wont be crawled again), (2) Place it in a "check later" list or (3) place it in a "Proceed" list.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Web application running on Win Server. Or desktop application running on win or MacOsX. Let me know what is needed to do this.
