I need a self-contained (i.e. no registry entries) Windows GUI program that cleans out tempfiles on a system.
It should remove all files from these directories:
X:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temp\
It should remove all files except for the [url removed, login to view] from these directories:
X:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\[url removed, login to view]\
X:\$WIN\Temporary Internet Files\[url removed, login to view]\
And should remove these files where it finds them:
[url removed, login to view]
Except in these directories:
and ignore any marked as:
read-only or system files
The program needs to display a list of all files it plans on deleting to allow the user to unselect them if desired.
It should also have come check options on the first screen to allow the user to select what categories of files they want to delete (i.e. Junk files, Temp Directories, Internet files, etc)

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
this program needs to run in the BartPE environment as a plugin (this is a basically a variation of the WinPE environment), details on the environment are available at [url removed, login to view]
