I need a simple little program that automatically switcher to the next open program at a given time as the active program. SEE GUI. The program will show the current date and time, and the time REMAINing until the program switches to the next open program. The program will show the ICON of the open active program, and will have command buttons that set the priority of the open program from 0-5. If the user clicks the priority button of the open, active program, the program remembers this priortity and only allows the program to open and operate for the given time (Priority 0 = 0, remove it from the list of programs to swiche to; Priority 1 = remain active for 1 min; 2=2m; 3=5m;4=7m; 5=10m). The TODO List opens a text file in notebook. Basically this program automatically switches between open, active windows given a priority to how long the program is allowed to stay active. If a new program is opened or a program does not have a priority it is given the baseline priority of 3 until the user gives it a new priority. If the user gives a lower priority to a program that had a high priority the clock resets to the new priority, same if it is given a higher priority, the program does not switch...
