Automated Torrent Uploader

I? am looking for software which will automate torrent submission to the following torrent sites:

The software will need to be proxy enabled so that different IPs can be used.

I would like to be able to copy and paste (or import) up to 20 torrent files along with their names and descriptions into the software in one go ??" from an excel, word or text file. Maybe a "use title as description" button that could be ticked.

If possible, the software ahould bypass the image code or captcha.?

There should be an option to tick which category all the files fit so that I can upload files in category groups. For example, I would upload 20 torrent files which all fit into the Windows security category and just tick that box in the software. I'm open to suggestions as to how the category's will work in the software.

I need the software to have a delay built in so one torrent is uploaded and then there is a? 30 second-1 minute delay before another torrent is uploaded to the same site.
