I Have an application that only runs when the user is a Power User or greater. Tell me how to make the program operate properly without setting special permissions for the user. I want the users to remain at the 'Domain User' level.
The Application is CadKey Viewer 98, you can download the current viewer at the location specified. I can send you the program (CadKey Viewer 98) we are using if you would like.

The requirements state "Power User or higher permission level required"
The application is being run in a Windows 2000 Terminal Server Environment. [ADDED 9/16 - 9:26am EDT] I should have mentioned that I do not want to have the application “run as?? a different user. The RunAs service has been disabled. I would like to give the correct permission to registry keys or files. The application is launched by a user clicking on a .prt file in their email or on a network share.
