Simple drupal database site fixes needed + opportunity for more work

This site was originally programed in Drupal I believe. It's fairly simple and there is a back end admin panel. Most of the site works great but there are a few issues. Once these issues are fixed I will hire the programmer to duplicate the site to other domains.

Issues below:

1. On the page where you initially sign up text needs to be added

2. When trying to upload images text needs to be added

3. Unable to load pictures See Error below happened twice.

Attach Image – error is thrown, you then have to click finish and it returns you to the add image page. If you click add image after this it will populate but not allow the photo to be visible. It loads as a blank image icon.
