We have an action figures sales website, relocating from eBay auctions, to an online store.
The site is hosted on Omnis with a shared SSL and is using MySQL and OSCommerce site. The design is done, the template finished, but we are having problems getting PayPal payments and our credit/debit card processing, using [url removed, login to view] to work properly.
Our specific problems are these:
1. PayPal - the payments go through fine using the standard PayPal Website Payment and the generic PayPal module. However, even though payment is received, there is no invoice generated in our shopping cart and when the user does click to come back to the store after paying with PayPal, they come back to the checkout_process page, their order remains in their cart, however, it looks to the customer as if they have to pay again. And we have no resulting invoice in our system, no order record, and the product is not taken out of inventory on the store side.
2. [url removed, login to view] - this payment module works, however, at the end of payment, the final page of the order, remains the [url removed, login to view] though our site links are there, the page is not formatted at all. We've put in the Response URL page properly, followed all the instructions on the OSCommerce forums, but the page looks badly. That being said, [url removed, login to view] does integrate well enough with our OSCommerce cart to create an order and take the product out of our inventory. Mainly what we want is the final page to look like our store page.
We think our problem is the shared SSL via our host, Omnis. As GoDaddy customers using OSCommerce have similar issues.
But the site needs to be completed, and we have exhausted our skillset as far as the SSL and cart pages go.
We would like bids on completing these two aspects of the project and doing final testing to make sure that the cart works, the orders processed and the look and feel of the site stays good. This is something, that once it is done, we don't want to have to maintain on a daily or even weekly basis. We just want it to work. The only changes that will be made after this are cosmetic to the look and feel of the site, but not the payment and ordering nuts and bolts.
