Wordpress site developed around this diagram

Wordpress site needs developed with some easy to use backend features for our dropdown menu. Attached is a design with a main rotating specials banner 2 navigation bars Front page 5 category boxes which will take you to pages on the subject and categories of products This is NOT an ecommerce website however we want to show the products offered in our store. People will not be able to buy anything online. There will also be a sharebar feature on the left hand side which says Ask Us a Question The bottom left of the page should be featured blog posts. The "Articles" page will need its own design which will archive the blog posts by category. On the Navigation menu the Product links will lead to products of each subject (example) Waterlilies will lead to a page on the types of water lilies and then from those choices will be pages showing (but NOT selling) waterlilies in eah of the three or four categories. About half the navigation menu items are going to link to products. Real responses will be appriciated rather than copying and pasting off topic works. The rest of the drop down will be standard pages. There will be some lightbox galleries needed was we implement the 'Bergen around the world' pages. A plugin or two might be required for that. Thank you, Zac
