I am customizing a Wordpress site for client and am having a very bothersome conflict between the theme they have chosen and a plugin that is essential to the site.
I am not much of a programmer and I have been unsuccessful in trying to pinpoint the source of the problem. I need someone to help me troubleshoot and correct the issue for me. I am willing to pay a reasonable hourly rate for a fix.
The specific problem is that a drop down menu that is built into the theme does not work on pages that were created by the plugin. The nearest I can tell from my research (aka Google) is that there is a conflict between different versions of jQuery packaged with the plugin and the theme itself.
The theme is Awake 2.9 by MySiteMyWay
The plugin is Job Manager [url removed, login to view] by Gary Pendergast
I hope you can help. Thanks for reading.
