Must know Gravity Forms. If you don't tell about your experience with it in your application I will not review it. I think this can be a quick project, but am not certain.
I have an existing site at evartchamberofcommerce.com. The Find a Business page has issues and the way users join needs to be discussed. At this time I think myself adding new members may be necessary unless we can make a way for them to join on their own and pay optionally by PayPal or by check and I'd then approve the 'account'. As of now the listing is made with WP users, but there are some users that would have to be excluded (admins). Not all users have email addresses now, but I should be able to solve that. I may need help making emails public or private by a check box when they join. Again, I need to discuss this for probably 30 minutes with you to help better explain the overall situation. Here are the items that must be completed.
Find A Business
This page must sort in alphabetical order and have a pager that indicated letters (ex: A-D, E-G, etc). Currently most are sorted by letter, but only because the list was sorted before import. After import more were added and they appear at the end.
I'd like a second business listings page linked at the top of the existing one that would be a simple listing as a table on one page of all members without images. I can provide a Photoshop mock-up if you need. This should be easy, I think.
I created business categories, but am told we cannot create a filter to see, say, only restaurants. This is necessary and should be possible somehow.
Join Form / Renewals
One goal of this site was to allow users to join and renew online. To make this happen I was told we should use Gravity Forms and we integrated Paypal for subscriptions. I'd like to talk about what is the fastest, best, and cheapest way to do some of this, but maybe none at all if too costly. Originally I wanted users to register so they could change their info, update pictures, add calendar events, etc. I'd be happy if I just had to do all of that now and the rest worked. I was told it's because of Gravity Forms that we cannot sort users by business name. In the end, I may have to enter all users manually, which would be fine.
