I want the wordpress theme which is fully based on web 2.0 and fully ajax interface. It's very simple. There won't be not so many imgaes and design. I want design looks like

. Not exactly looks like. But the design prototyping is same. All the transaction of tab button will be coming with ajax (jquery or mootools, that's your choice).
Color based will be grey, white and blue.
Okie here are some of the navigation that I want.

Categories page will have 3 columns inside. One column can contain 15 categories each.

Whenever I added the pages from the wordpress administration panel, at the navigation tab, the new tab will be appeared.
Widget Should be ready.

The maximum quota for this wordpress 2.0 ajax theme is 45$ USD. I won't be concentrate more than 45$USD.
Project time is 3 days. Project Winner need to have gmail to contact with me. I need the progression update day by date.
You have to provide me the demo first before you release the code to me.
Bugs free and only 100% satisfaction from my side will finish the project.
Wordpress theme need to have the cross browser compatibility. (at least Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE). And then need to have the compatibility with the latest word press 2.6.
I need only wordpress experience developers. Please don't bid if you haven't any experienced with wordpress theme creation.
