Website design - repost

Please read this entirely before bidding. Failure to read this and reply accordingly will result in your bid not being looked at. I've put this out to bid twice now and keep getting "generic" bids and requests for me to visit sites you've done. While past work (especially for creativity) is important, the ability to deliver what I am asking is more important. I have specific questions that must be addressed in order for me to consider your bid. I've detailed all requirements as best I can in the attached document. The following questions must be answered in your bid to be considered. 1) I need the functionality of Shopify. Please tell me how you plan to give me catalog support, credit card integration, shipping integration with UPS and USPS with real-time tracking, etc. Any solution HAS TO MATCH the current Shopify setup. 2) I'm not stuck with Shopify. I can change based on a valid recommendation that I would research first. Magento has been suggested. A custom site that does all of this is OK as well. I must have the ability to administer the site (catalog additions, changes, etc). Can you do this? 3) There are dozens of apps that integrate with Shopify that provide things like discounts, promotions, social media integration, etc. I need those as well. At a minimum, I want Facebook, Google+, and Pinterest integration for the social aspect. In addition, I must have discount codes and tracking. Can you do this? 4) The successful bidder will agree to 1/3 up front, 1/3 once the 1st item is completed (steps 1-8), and the final 1/3 once the site is completed. Acceptable? 5) I will award this after 24 hours. 6) Bidder must be able to complete the project within three weeks. Is this acceptable? Please don't respond if not possible. 7) I will need your email address to communicate. Please give me the hours in US EST that you are available.
