Outline This is an online resource for small business. The user logs on to select information and create maps around his store. 1 User purchases access to a postcode under a category (Paypal only accepted). Auto Email confirmation sent for activation 2 Subscription lasts for 12 months 2 User logs in 3 User clicks on drop down list of databases 4 User selects database 5 User selects variables within database (or all) 6 Selected variables presented in table (print, save, copy, email and map option) 7 User can filter rows by a click on the column heading 8 User can specify to apply entire table, or highlight to select rows or cells witihin the table, to map either as chart to SA1 or suburb areas or POA area or by street address (depends on table contents) 9 Map is total zoomable and movable but only shows database detail (chart to SA1 or suburb or postcode level or address) within purchased postcode (print, copy, save, email option) Content Management System 1 Admin is able to set up login without using Paypal. 2 Admin is able to setup login with bulk access i.e. all postcodes or highlight and select specific postcodes from list of all postcodes. 3 Admin is able to amend pricing structure 4 Admin is able to enable/disable users 5 Admin is able to enable/disable user privileges 6 Admin is able to update database files. There are 22 excel files to be converted to MySQL databases. Detailed brief is available upon request with example of each file. NOTES: SA1 = specific map region within a postcode (54,805 regions in Australia) Eighteen databases contain data to SA1 level. (shapefiles provided) POA = Postal Area = Postcode (2,601 postal areas = postcodes in Australia) (shapefiles provided) NOTE: Excel File 19 is mapped to suburb level within a POA. Some POA and suburb areas are the same.
