Web Cam Site With Pay To View and Chat

Budget $250-750 USD

We are designing a website that will include a subscription fee. This website will feature webcams that can be viewed live and people can talk through a chat system or just over a microphone. We have a budget to meet and will request that if you are to work on this project we hope you can also help figure out bandwidth use and the best way to utilize a streaming system. We also request an easy way to for us to continue to maintain and update the website without further assistance.
