Tag Sale and Auction web siute

PHP/MYSQL site... Tag Sale /Estate Sale/ Moving Sale Website with classifieds , forum (phpbb3 or similar) and blog (wordpress or similar).and possibly auctions as well. I have [login to view URL] as my host . I do not want any of their click and build applications incorporated. Allow for paid memberships (paypal, possible merchant account)/ free memberships . Members will be able to post a sale (date(s), time , address, images) after logging in and the sale will be branded with their company name . Members will have business listings ( a Find Tag Sale company page(s))Allow for free memberships and non members to post sales (that need to be checked/accepted by admin before being published). Event mailing list application. Allows members and non members to choose to receive Events list daily, semi weekly or weekly via email. The events list that they choose would be pulled directly from DB and emailed as they desire. I would like to be able to ad advertising banner or text ads to these emails. Allow for me to add FAQ pages and others as necessary . I have a website with some of the functions listed above already working on the internet, but it needs a clean interface, updating, etc. Horizontal CSS Navigation that I can edit in the future..
