Left Coast Signers is a loan Document signing service. My goal is to have our clients login and order a notary to do their signings through a website. website description would be as follows:
main page: includes what we do, how we do it, user log in, current list of clients, some quotes from clients, and contact info.
second page: includes information and a quick sign up to notaries who wish to join our network.
after user logs in, it takes the user to an order form to order a notary loan signer. once submitted, the job and description comes to us in email.
that's it for the public pages.
as far as admin goes....i'll need the order to show as open automatically when order is submitted. I'll then need the ability to assign the notary who will do the job as well as a sales rep conected to the client that orders the service. then i'll need the ability to close the file out once the work has been done.
i'll also need daily and monthly "reports" as to which company has ordered services in a given day or month, which jobs any notary has done, and a listing of our sales reps and the jobs they are attached to.
this might give you a better idea of what i need.....our pay structure is as follows: based on the price of a job, the notary gets a percentage, the sales rep who brought the client to use our services gets a percentage, the company and person within that company that uses us gets a percentage, and my company gets the rest. i need something to track all these things on any given job so that the right people get paid.
