Simple Wordpress Fixes- pros only please

These are simple wordpress edits. Some themes have CSS rules so you will need to add some edits. I have all the plugins installed but there are some quick fixes. Anyone experienced with wordpress can get this done under a hour. No question. 5/5 ratings ONLY- i don't have time to get someone who doesnt know what they are doing, then i have to rehire someone and waste my time. Here's whats needed [login to view URL] 1 .facebook commenting, this is the WRONG one. I already uploaded the plugin by alex moss, this one, i don't event know where this guy put the code so it needs to be removed. and I want the one intended fully functional and in ENGLISH obviously. Disable WP commenting, don't want that 2. The 'we want you' button, simple , i want it to be a pop-up, once information entered you will see a little error box, idont care what plugins you use, i already have them installed. you will need to alter these short codes a little. There is also a glitch, so it seems on the news page- where , the column kind of vanishes and it looks like there are two headers. 3. shareaholic plugin that i installed to work, it's not showing in posts/ - logo to be aligned on top left- get rid of top two icons- there is alsoa news ticker that displays posts that should be above header like i said, easy ifyou know what you are doing. ONLY bid if you can get started right away with quick turnover time, looking for somone dependabe i can trust for long term- i put one hour so freelnacer doesnt get the percentage can be done in hour if you know what you are doing, might have to look at pllugin documents to see code 15
