Radio Site

I would like a site that has Radio stations. The stations would vary from news ones, to music, to talk shows. I would like a nice and smiple design to go with the site. The site HAS to MONETIZE efficiently. The use of adsense strategically is important as well as any ideas you have in mind. In the PMB, I would like you to explain the process of having radio stations, I understand that there are many subscription ones, and I understand there are free ones. Please be thorough in your explanation of how you intend to make this work. VERY THOROUGH.
