Prestashop Misc Housekeeping tasks before launch

We are launching a new Prestashop-based private catalog website in one day and need a freelancer to accomplish a few small housekeeping tasks.

1)Our template was created using a different version of Prestashop than what we are running. Subsequently we are getting a small error message when trying to change "Languages" settings. Please fix this error and change the language flag icon from UK to USA. See "[url removed, login to view]"

2 & 3)We are using the offline payment module from Presto Changeo, unfortunately it does not seem to be working 100% on the front end. Please fix the "State" field, as it currently is blank. Please also fix the "total amount of your order" field, as it is constantly at $0.00. See "[url removed, login to view]"

4) Our template seems to not be respecting columns in the front end customer order status page. Text is overlapping and being "squeezed" into areas where it does not fit. Please resolve this by shrinking the text and/or modifying column widths, just make it look nice (and readable). See "[url removed, login to view]"

5) This catalog has special pricing for a select group. We'd like to show the original price of the products in the category's and product descriptions, but with a strikethrough text, simliar to the example in the attached image. See "[url removed, login to view]"

We are on a time crunch to get this done and will grant access to the page immediately when we award a qualified and experienced freelancer the project.

Adding two small items to the list; 1) while editing order-carrrier.tpl we made a mistake that uploading the original version of the file does not seem to be fixing. We changed the "Free!" text to read "TBD", now the "step=2" page does not show the shipping options. Please fix this and 2) change the "Free!" text in the shipping cost field to "TBD".
