PHP and Oscommerce Expert!!

Hi,
I need the following project completed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! And I need someone who will be able to communicate with me daily on IM with the status of the project as well as someone who is an expert with PHP and Oscommerce!!
1. Add a "Similar Items" section and on the text make them hyperlinks which will do a search for that text ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] pages).
2. Show "Specials" price if there is one in the custom product boxes I have on my website.
a. Right now it just shows the old price if it's a special, and doesn't show the crossed out price with the special price too.
3. BUG: Website hangs when I click on my "Browse All Categories" link!!
a. When the website hangs it stops all access to my website and doesn't let other customers load the website, until the query finishes running. I need this fixed so it works faster and still allows other customers access.
4. I have a banner application loaded, but I would like a different banner loaded depending on what section of the website you are in.
a. I guess this would require an easy "Case" statement code.
