oscommerce site

Budget $300-1500 USD

Hi there,

While I have relatively little knowledge of web development, I have been learning fast. I have downloaded oscommerce and a simplemachines forum and have begun to customise my site(i have been customising on a home computer using xampp and dreamweaver).

While I could probably do it myself eventually, I would like to employ someone to help me speed up the process so I can get this site online sooner. The outcomes I am looking for are:

- completing the customisation of shop and forum.

- configure secure site for online shopping.

- configure site for online hosting.

as a separate item, i would also like help to:

- increase search engine ratings

I may consider hosting with the company who helps me with this.

My budget is limited and i am looking for a company who is willing to empower me to do some of the work and only charge me for the work that I can't do.

I would like to pay up to $500 Australian dollars for this work, which is $300-$400 US dollars.

I would prefer to be able to be able to call you on the phone during the development process(international is ok).
