Online Form Creation

This project consists of two websites.

1. I need to create 3 contact forms for [url removed, login to view]

One form will be directed to buyers. One to sellers and one for financing. I will collect the basics name,address phoe etc... and then specific info depending on category. The bidder will create all three forms as specified.

2. The other form is created. i just need someone with the php knowledge to activate and assure it is working. The website is [url removed, login to view] and you can see the contact form there.
