Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. We have reviewed the reference web sites and understood the features and functionality. Below are few questions for you: 1. The menus for restaurants will be added by the restaurant owners or site administrators will do that on behalf of restaurant owners? 2. Does the restaurants owners gets a control panel to view the orders, customers etc..? 3. Do you need SMS notifications implemented in the site? 4. During the order placement the customer can pick either cash on delivery or pay by credit card. I am assuming that the credit cards payments will be accepted to the site owners account and then they will be disbursed to the restaurants in a periodical interval. Please comment/comfirm. 5. Does the site charges a commission from the restaurants on each order? Thanks
