Modify Open Realty home page and add templates

Looking for someone to redesign my Open Realty site with a fresh new home page and add a new property page template (currently already have several) that has a strong focus on Media - both photos and video.
New template must be mobile-friendly so no flash photo gallery and prefer HTML5 so the video can be played on iPad and iPhones.
Site currently houses almost 1000 listings that must remain, just looking for a new, better way to display them with a focus on the media and using graphical buttons for the other items I already have setup (maps, calculator, schools, etc.)
Looking for a way to upload a video to the site for each property that CAN be played in this new template.
Also looking for using this new design template in different colors so agents can pick and choose what they want.
