a message website

Hi i need a website pretty simple but has to look good seo friendly error tested in this website i just want a home page and everything to be on one page - i want the home page to be light blue and white sort of like freelancer but i want the homepage to be very graphicle in the middle of the home page i want a circle flash picture where you click it and send a quick message i want a name section and a picture ( optional) and a send message text box in this circle flash item when people press send i want it to automaticle display there picture and message on the home page like a splash message random on the front page i want the user to also select if they want the message to stay on the home page for 1 minute or 5 minute max but i want use to make shore the messsages auto resize on the homepage beacuse if we have 1000 messages it wont fit on the home page so as more messages come through the users text gets smaller so everyones messages and users pictures(optional) can fit on the home page this is a very simple project but i want use to make shore this site is very detailed very grapihcle and friendly so when people come to the site the realy admire the home page and messages i want this to be a fun site so it has to be very kiddy but adulty at the same time so site has to be 100% good looking enjoyable also this is a very easy project so dont bother bidding high i wont pay more then $50 usd its a 1 page flash site it has to be seo friendly
