Our coder has gone missing without explanation at around the 90% completion point on our project.
As such we are left with a bundle of nearly-complete coding that, until complete, is useless.
We are using Joomla/VirtueMart on a custom-modified template using what I assume is a broad spectrum of languages from JAVA, CSS, jQuery, and so on.
The various tasks remaining are small in nature but im not sure exactly to what degree they've been completed. Associated needs are below;
- Debugging of some already existing codes, that are having some minor technical issues (stylized menus not showing up, pop-up menus acting deformed, etc.)
- Recreation of a drop-down cart content menu. Menu when click drops down a PNG menu background image with the cart contents displayed overtop. Features checkout button that when clicked forwards the person to cart checkout process. The contents of this menu need to update when items are added WITHOUT cuasing the entire webpage itself to "refresh". Needs to work in harmony with other codes on the website.
- A "following footer". This is a PNG floating window that sits at the very bottom of your browser window at all times (not bottom of webpage), and has an "expandable/minimizeable" feature. When expanded the floating image must rise up from bottom of browser window expanding in height, revealing 3 lists. Functionality for 2 of these lists has been coded, the 3rd list has yet to be coded which is a "top 5 most sold products" tracking list with links to flypages of those top 5 products. It must track most sales in only certain product categories on the website and not others. A good chunk of this footer has already been created/coded, however it still needs work for completion.
This is basically whats left to be done. Will consider potential contract extensions down the road depending on success and other factors.
We are looking for a very quick turnaround on this project, really no more than 7-days to completion of the above mentioned tasks from day of providing the instructional materials. Be warned there may be script confliction issues, so having good problem solving skills is probably a must.
