Full Web Site Needing HTML/CSS Revised and Perfected

Hello, I have recently completed the design of our new web site however, there are a few issues with browser compatibility (very minor) that need to be resolved. I would also like someone to go through the code of the entire site which is entirely HTML/CSS based and streamline it and make it 100% professional and perfect. No extra space or bracket or anything where there should not be. The header and sidebars (which makes more sense when you see it) are simple include files and they just need to be perfected in terms of code too. The sidebars show funny in IE but perfect in other browsers. You do not need to be a designer but if you are a VERY experienced HTML coder that understands how to make the web site meet ALL standards with not ONE error and to make the HTML VERY pretty including all CSS that should be rather added into one css file than many, or whatever the story may be then please apply. There is no additional design required so we do NOT want design companies emailing us offering design. This is highly a coders job and really, we want to see previous source code of sites that you have built to assure us that you can PERFECT the code. There is no fancy PHP stuff going on, so no need for a php programmer that will reinvent the wheel. I trust that you have read this all, and if you have done so, please bid and contact us with a PM - WITH NO COPY AND PASTE STUFF, just a quick short intro explaining how you can DEFIANTLY do this. You will have full FTP access to work on the server etc. Further more, if you have not read all the information including the few above sentences and you send us copy/paste stuff we'll just delete the bid as non-interesting.
