2. MUST be good at graphic designing, CSS, HTML, PHP, and integrate social networking sites like FACEBOOK, TWITTER, PING.FM. (APPS, API, FACEBOOK/TWITTER CONNECT etc.).
3. MYSQL, MEMBERSHIP type sites
4. MUST BE FAST AT CODING!
5. Preferably live in the USA
6. Have good rating OR be able to show very good references!
7. Must include the word "MILLION" in your bid, or our company will just surpass your proposal!
8. MUST be able to start as soon as possible!
