Fix Boonex Dolphin member/photo visibility and video upload issue

I am looking for a programmer well versed in PHP and MySQL who can troubleshoot and fix the following issues on a site designed using Boonex's Dolphin software (version [url removed, login to view]) and utilizing Longtail's JWPlayer.
A) Two weeks ago, the standard method of uploading stopped functioning properly and the following error is displayed whenever a member attempts to upload: “Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /home/…/[url removed, login to view] on line 459.” I need this fixed.
B) Recently a number of members that first joined and photos that were first uploaded aren't showing on my site. I've been advised that it is a group/owner issue. I'm looking for a programmer who can fix this.
