Custom Multi Media( Music, Video, News) Website

Hello Everyone,
Iam looking to hire someone to design and develop a media heavy website website. I WILL ONLY WORK WITH SOMEONE WHO LIVES NEAR NEW YORK CITY WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS. Please no bids if you are overseas. Its not that I dont value your work I only want to work with someone who is near me so I can meet with them.
Well here is my idea: I would like to create a website where I would be able to add music videos and mp3 files, so that my users can watch and download. I already of some Photoshop ideas of the layout, now I need it executed. The site the site to be very clean and easy to use. All files for download I want to be able to host, as I dont like using 3rd party sites to download files. I find them annoying, and I believe my users will appreciate a site where they can just click and download a file with ease. The site will be constantly be updated with new content (video, music, mixtapes, and a section for some editorial content.
