We need a new website for a new membership project. The idea is that we are running a system, people join use and get to pick products to sell, they will reserve products for 30 days from a stock level. they will sell these items, and then visit us confirm payment and we will ship to them.

(we have losts of questions that will need to be answered on registration)(we then carry out validation on the users to make sure they are who they say they are before we show them any stock, this check takes 48 hrs)
a customer will visit the site and choose to register, they will enter answers to our questions and click submit, we will then send them an email advising that once their details are checked they will be upgraded to a member.
once we have carried out validation checks on the details provided we will issue them with a membership number, we would like to add this infrom the backend and have the system mail this out to them automatically.
the customer will then visit our site with their number and login, once they login they will be show a products page. the products must be editable from the back end. a product consists of a picture and description, together with a stock number, reserve price, and quantity in stock.
the customers can choose to reserve items into their account, this will decrease the stock levels showing against a product.
all customers can reserve items based on their membership level, bronze = only 1 item, silver = 3 items, gold = 5 items.
items are automatically reserved for 30 days, after which they return the count to the stock levels and remove form the users account.
the users will sell our items, and once sold they will return to our pages login and select to pay us, they will enter the aution ref from ebay that they sold our item in, the system will ask the final price sold, and show the commission due to them, and the payment due to us. they will enter their membership number together with ticking a box to confirm they did a BACS transfer to us.
once we receive the payment we will ship the goods (like a dropshipper), we want the system to automatically send the customer a shipping email with a ref number in 3 days after the customer confirms the BACS payment has been made, and when we have ticked in the backend to release the stock to the customer. (so like an automated reply when we are paid).
all information about a product, shipping ref, reserve prices, picture, description, stock levels, must be entered from backend by our admin, products also show a commission level based on reserve price
customer only sees limited product information in the front end module.
once customer sells certain value of goods they are promoted to next level (so like an upgrade from bronze to silver).
we wish to display 15 products on our catalogue page, our products change every 60 days, if a customer reserves a product and then does not come back to place the order for payment, the item is returned to stock after 30 days.
we want to use joomla for everything, we have a domain and hosting solution in place together with SQL Db available. We are able to assist with the install. we are hosted with [url removed, login to view]
we want our forms to look something like the enclosed, we wil be using a standard module layout for joomla with evereything in its normal module place,
we will be using frontpage slideshow on the homepage above our articles, we would like to have a section on the right side that shows the top 10 members and value sold / commision earned.
