College Professor Review and new theme/integration

Hello, I started a project similar to this. It didn't fall through so i'm waiting for paypal chargeback... So if you posted on my other project, i apologize, please bid again. That project will cancel once paypal verifies my chargeback These are the requirements if you are to bid 1)Finish on time. For example, if it takes 10days to finish, on the 8th day I need a complete working demo and you will complete the project with all the changes i need on the 10th day. Remember, a theme/template needs to be made and I need to see this as soon as possible before the day of the demo. 2)Please have good communication skills and reply to my emails. I wont bother you but i need constant updates on whats going on. 3)NO DOWNPAYMENT will be made for the project to begin. I will pay you in FULL once the project is done. I have this installed and I need a new theme relating to my school college. I do not know how or what it should look like so you can surprise me. I need a simple professor rating script written. An example can be found here [login to view URL] and needs to be integrated into the current script I have. The script needs to be able to have users login and rate professors. Dont ask me how I want it done, i need someone just to DO IT. It's not hard, go to that website and see how the rating script works and write one similar to it. You can do this in what ever way or flavor your choose. Integrate it with phpbb, integrate it with my original script- i dont care! I need phpbb integrated seamlessly into the theme. If you are to do this project, you must be creative and not need to ask me how i want this and that done- you need to be intuitive and just DO IT!!!
