Needs to have a seperate Admin and User area to post content. Admin needs to be able to schedual content (ie. do 1 post every 1 hour) to spread out content addition. Users need to be able to directly upload or link to content.
Looking to have:

* User logins
* Page Referral system
* image/video/flash posting
* Point system for users
Must be clean code! No "Select *" SQL Queries.
Must be available for future paid work on the code. (new things added, etc.)
