Catalogue site required

We are a small company importing and distributing baby and childrens clothes. We are currently looking to make a website for the first time. Our aim is to - market our company in our country and other countries (seo will be required) - traders, wholesalers and retailers looking for childrens clothing suppliers should be able to find us in their searches - we want to promote our brands, we have many 10 brands in 10 different catagories of clothing - we want to have a home page, information about us, enable customers to send us enquiries and provide them with contact details, display our brands and descriptions for various catagories, enable customers to open a trade account - customers can view our product range by using a login and password to view our full collecction - our catalogue will enable us to sell online to trade only - customers will make their selection and send us their enquiry. We should be able to check stocks and take payments on the phone as we have a credit card system in place. To start with, we will not take credit card details online. We need to have provision to do so in future. - The catalogue can have upto 500 items with style numbers, colour details and age specs. We have 2 catalogues, one for summer and one for winter. There are some lines like schoolwear and baby basics which we stock all year round. Pictures will have to be continually updated. - We are targeting 2 types of customer, the independent retailer who will buy in packs of 6 units and multiple store/ wholesale buyer who will buy in cartons ie typically 6-12packs in a carton. - The items we are selling are baby clothes from newborn to 12years. This includes baby rompers, overalls, dungarees, jogsets, 2-3pc sets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, dresses, top+short sets and all types of basic items like bodysuits, vests, bibs, mittons, gloves, hats, scarves, babygrows, giftsets etc. We also sell schoolwear which includes school pk polo t-shirts in 10 colours, shirts and blouses in white, blue and grey, trousers in 6 colours for boys and girls, school cardigans, jumers, sweatshirts, skirts, pe shorts, swimwear, ties, shoe bags, and many more accessories like socks etc. Although budget given in the project is USD300, you may quote slightly higher as we require a good quality website. Please do not mention a general description at time of bidding (these will be ignored). Please give examples of similar past work.
