I had a coder working on an application that allowed the user to record a voicemessage as a .wav file, and then automatically call a list of phone numbers (text file, one number per line) to deliver the message. The program would detect a phone pickup and begin playing the message about 2 seconds later. The program would also monitor for an answering machine beep/tone while the message played. If detected, the program would switch over to play an alternate recorded message. That's the summary, there are some other features (see below). The coder was unable to finish because of personal reasons. I was given the code that he had completed and told "If you give this to another programmer, all he has to do is start with the dialing and detection. The program has the WAV playing code incorporated in it (some portions), it can load the txt file full of phone numbers, load the WAV files, RECord new WAV files, etc" I am not a programmer, so I'm not absolutely sure about the above statements or what exactly needs to be done. I am uploading the code here, and am looking for bids to complete the application. Other features: Busy or no answer calls are retried once more after all other numbers called Prefer if program hangs up if caller hangs up. List of phone numbers may be entered manually, or imported from a text file. Ability for user to record (with microphone), save, and load outgoing message (.wav files). Creates log of results The .gif in the zip shows how I had intended the program to look.
