This is a pretty easy job for an experience programmer. I need a program that lets me install an icon on the user's system-tray. It does 3 things: 1. It opens a small window (see attached) when user starts windows-os and at a certain-time [url removed, login to view] small window displays a message that if the user clicks on it my windows-application is opened. [url removed, login to view] message that appears is from a text file that contains 7-different messages. They should rotate so a different message is displayed every day. If user clicks on the system-tray icon the menu items should be 'open', 'options' and 'exit' OPTIONS Displays a 'checkable' option that lets user stop the system-tray icon from showing. A text file maintains the messages, time-window should open and other configuration items. You must be willing to answer questions about your work, it must be well-documented, well-tested and easy to read. If interested please leave your TIME and COST estimate. Thanks
